The people here eat this salty bhujia with great enthusiasm. This colorful Bhujia is also sent to other cities. This bhujia is made by adding tomato and mint. Which tastes very tasty to eat in the month of Phalgun.
Shopkeeper Kishan Kumar Acharya, while talking to Local 18, said that he has been making Bhujia for 20 years. This Bhujia is sold at Rs 160 to 180 per kg. It is also the lightest in weight. Its size is also quite big. There is a huge crowd of people from morning to evening. This bhujiya does not spoil for many days. He tells that Bhujia is being made now as per the demand of the people. Currently making about 10 to 12 kg Bhujia which gets finished by evening.
These things are used in making Bhujia
He tells that it takes a lot of time to make Bhujia. This bhujia is made from moth flour and gram flour. It takes about one to one and a half hour to make this bhujia. In this Bhujia, groundnut oil, garam masala, cloves, mace, nutmeg etc. are used. About 12 kg of this Bhujia is made at one time.
